It's known that eating Whole 30 is effective when trying to lower blood pressure, lower inflammation in the body and get started towards a healthier lifestyle. However most people find it challenging to stay on track having to cook every day while following the strict Whole 30 guidelines. We do ALL of the sourcing, ALL of the cooking, ALL of the cleaning! All you have to do is eat and be healthy!
The first week of meals are picked up Jan 1st. Every Sunday after that meals will be picked up for the week. This plan includes (2) meals per day for the 31 days of January!
